3-D Spider

Image
Today's project is what I came up with for the Halloween challenge  that SVG Cuts is having on their blog. I used Party on Elm Street , and Midnight Jamboree (for the eyes). I used the cauldron for the body, and covered it with spider web paper from K&Co. (Halloween paper stack) I embossed with my tiny bubble embossing folder from Cuttlebug. I cut out the spider legs and used Tim Holtz Picket Fence Distress Marker for the stripes. I wanted this to be a fun spider so I used some cute eyes from one of the pumpkins in the Midnight Jamboree kit. I made two triangles from my shapes library for the fangs. The witch hat is the cone candy holder without the folds, so I was able to trim the bottom and create a round cone. I crunched the top a little to make it look more like a witch hat and used hot glue to attach it to a circle (also from my shapes library. I created the buckle as well by creating a frame and welding a rectangle in the middle. A little fun ribbon
